Refund policy

We accept returns for all orders, provided the items are unopened, unused and any seals are intact. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to return the item. All items are inspected upon return. We will not provide a refund if the products returned are not in pristine condition. 

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@boutiqueforbeauty.com with any photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible. We will resolve such issues on a case-by-case basis. 

We do not offer exchanges and orders are unable to be amended once placed.
